Description
The seating capacity of the OCC’s Santa Ana office is insufficient for all employees assigned to that office. The Santa Ana office was formerly an OTS office. We acquired this office when OTS merged with the OCC. The office is comprised of 8 private offices and 2 workstations. With the Return to Office (RTO) executive order, the Santa Ana office has insufficient seating. There are 29 employees assigned to the Santa Ana office; the current location has 10 workspaces available. The quickest and most economical way to stand up space is to rent furniture for two years. CORT furniture has prepared a furniture plan and proposal for the rental of furniture for two years.
