Sole-source repair of one 2024 Ford F-150 for the Bureau of Reclamation’s Socorro Field Division

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to sole-source repair work for one government-owned Ford pickup assigned to its Socorro Field Division. - Agency and notice: U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation; notice of intent to award a sole-source contract, not a competitive solicitation. - Intended contractor: Chalmers Ford, Inc., identified as the only available source; the company performed the diagnostic evaluation. - Vehicle: One 2024 Ford F-150 XLT 4WD SuperCrew. - Required work: Provide labor, parts, materials, tools, and services to restore the vehicle to operational condition. Replace the main body and engine wiring harnesses, Body Control Module (BCM), and Smart Junction Box (SJB), with required programming and verification. Inspect and address water, mud, corrosion, or harness damage; service specified fluids and transmission components; and complete final inspection and functional testing. Contractor-furnished parts and labor must have at least a 12-month warranty, or the manufacturer’s longer standard warranty.
