This notice is to provide the Justification and Approval for award to bridge contract under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(2), Unusual and compelling urgency, as implemented by FAR 6.302-2 for the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed price, performance-based contract to provide custodial services for facilities located at PWD Washington, PWD Indian Head, PWD Dahlgren and PWD Patuxent River.
