Harnett County is seeking qualifications from engineering firms to provide engineering design and planning, permitting, construction bid package services, and construction observation for an extension of the graveled road at Byrd Industrial Sites – Site B in Lillington. The project will extend the existing road from the Town of Lillington right-of-way off E. McNeill Street to the end of the tree line on Site B, supporting access to the planned industrial site. Services include due diligence as needed, final design, bid package preparation, procurement support, a pre-construction conference, periodic construction observation, and review of contractor payment requests and change orders.
