Description
The Ministry of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship is seeking a contractor to supplement tracking collar deployment on black-tailed deer on Vancouver Island. A team of two qualified capture and handling professionals will capture and collar deer as directed by the Contract Manager, primarily using clover trapping, with potential opportunistic free-range darting. Work will take place in one or both of the Nimpkish River and Englishman River watersheds, and all capture and handling must comply with the approved animal care protocol.
