The City of Georgetown, Texas, is seeking a banking partner to provide its primary depository and treasury services. - Buyer: City of Georgetown, Texas — Finance Department/Finance Division, Purchasing Department. - Procurement: Primary depository services from a financial institution with a main office or branch within Georgetown city limits. The solicitation is for services; no new hardware or product quantities are requested. - Services: Account and online banking; deposits, cash handling, collections and electronic/wholesale lockbox processing; controlled disbursement, check reconciliation and fraud controls; ACH, wires and other payments; Workday integration and reporting; overnight investment sweeps; and safekeeping/custody of City securities. - Notable requirements and preferences: Any sweep must support daily liquidity and a competitive, market-based return, comply with Texas public-funds investment requirements, and be reasonably comparable to a local government investment pool. The City prefers a mutual-fund sweep to a repo sweep but will consider comparable alternatives. Controlled-disbursement presentment information is preferably available by 10:00 a.m. Proposals are evaluated for overall financial benefit, not simply a net-zero fee structure. - Existing City systems: Workday is the integrated ERP, and the City owns seven multi-feed TellerScan TS240 scanners; neither is a requested purchase. - Fee-schedule volumes: The accompanying schedule lists estimated activity across account, lockbox, depository, disbursement, ACH, EDI, wire, reporting, sweep and custody services. It shows monthly charges as 0.0; the quantities are service-volume estimates, not quantities of products being purchased. - Named prospective suppliers, invitees or meeting attendees: 360S2G; A6 Scientific Corp.; AllStar Masonry & Construction LLC; Bank Service and Equipment; Bank Service and Equipment, Inc.; BBVA Compass; BBVA USA; Capital One NA; CDC Publishing LLC; Central National Bank; Central Texas ATM, LLC; Comerica Bank; Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc.; Covanetworks, Inc.; CRS Texas; Frontier Bank of Texas; Frost Bank; Huntington Bank; JPMorgan Chase Bank; PNC Bank; Regions Bank; SouthState Bank; and VeraBank. Wells Fargo is referenced in connection with incumbent banking services and fee-schedule items. These mentions do not indicate an award.
