Description

The City of Stockton is requesting proposals from organizations to participate in its FY 2026–27 Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Program. The selected organizations will provide technical assistance and business support services to Stockton entrepreneurs, small businesses, and startups, with particular focus on low- and moderate-income individuals. Proposals are due November 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM PST and may be submitted by email or delivered to the Office of the City Clerk.
