Description
The Florida Department of Children and Families, Office of Economic Self Sufficiency, is requesting information from vendors about data sources, analytics, methodologies, and technology for analyzing Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) purchasing data. The Department is interested in evaluating the impact of SNAP policy changes across authorized retailers, including purchasing trends, product substitution, retailer implementation, and changes over time. Responses should address relevant experience, data availability and quality, evaluation methods, technology, deliverables, privacy, security, governance, risks, and recommendations.
