The Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers is seeking a small-business contractor to renovate Building 262 at FLETC Glynco in Georgia. - Government buyer: DHS, Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), Procurement Division, Specialized Services Branch; named contact: Brett Zeigler. - Procurement: Firm-fixed-price renovation construction, set aside for small businesses. The eight scheduled work areas are general requirements, existing conditions, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishings, special construction, electrical, and HVAC. Each is listed as one firm-fixed-price line item; no separate equipment quantities are specified. - OEMs and named vendors: FSR is identified in the Smart-Way raceway guide. Hubbell is named for certain components and a compatible service pole. The solicitation does not identify a contractor or require a specific OEM product by part number. - Referenced electrical components: The attachment includes a configurable, ADA-compliant Smart-Way power and data raceway guide with in-feeds, transitions, raceways, device boxes, connectors, accessories, international socket options, and pre-wired sticks. These catalog items are listed in the product line items below; the guide does not state project quantities. - Notable requirements: Contractor provides labor, materials, and equipment; performance and payment bonds are each required at 100% of contract price. Work must comply with FLETC security, safety, and environmental requirements. Detailed scope, specifications, and drawings are in the solicitation attachments; access to controlled documents requires the specified NDA. - Schedule information: The attachment describes delivery 425 days after notice to proceed, while another construction clause states completion within 120 days after notice to proceed.
