Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB) is seeking to identify sources capable and interested in completing anticipates a requirement for Outside Airfield Runway Repair. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW)  and attachments.  (Special attention is asked to be paid as to whether interested entities can provide the asphalt mix called for in United Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) 32 12 15.13, as appears in SOW paragraph 2.5.4.)  Respondents should indicate capabilities and ability to accomplish this requirement via email to the Contracting Officer/Specialist and indicate their business size relative to the stated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project. (NAICS 237310 – Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction.  The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) small business size standard for this NAICS is $45 million in average annual receipts.)
