Description
The City of Urbana is seeking a qualified contractor to provide snow-plowing services for City-owned parking lots when City staff and equipment are prioritized for street snow removal. When authorized, the contractor must plow all designated lots within the specified overnight service window, using its own personnel and equipment and following the attached maps and snow-placement instructions. The work period is November 21, 2026, through April 30, 2027; hauling excess snow and applying salt or other treatments are excluded. Bids are submitted electronically, and the award is based on the lowest lump-sum pricing proposal.
