Description

The project is the rehabilitation of the Delaware State Police Headquarters parking lot complex. Work includes milling and overlaying the existing lot, adding paved areas, installing an underground stormwater management system and drainage structures and piping, striping, modifying three existing entrances, adding a right-turn lane, and miscellaneous concrete work. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit are scheduled for October 20, 2026; attendance is a prerequisite for bidding. Bids are due November 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time.
