Union County, New Jersey, is seeking qualified financial advisors to support the County’s public-finance planning and transactions.

Description

The County of Union is requesting qualifications from qualified individuals and firms to provide specialized financial advisory services for January 1 through December 31, 2027. Services include assisting with capital project and expenditure analysis, reviewing financing reports and feasibility studies, modeling financing strategies, supporting credit-rating matters and debt issuance, and assisting with bond arbitrage calculations and reporting on ARPA and other federal funds. Proposals must be submitted as one original paper copy and one PDF copy on a thumb drive by October 29, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. EDT. Addendum 1 amends the indemnification and insurance terms.
