Changes to IT or network systems managed by the City’s IT provider require coordination and authorization. The City retains ownership of facility-related programs, configurations, reports, backups, and documentation.
Description
The City of Stevenson is seeking statements of qualifications from consulting firms to provide on-call SCADA, controls, instrumentation, and operational support for its wastewater utility system. Services may include SCADA troubleshooting and optimization, PLC programming, instrumentation and communications support, operational assistance, emergency and after-hours response, system modernization, and IT coordination. The wastewater system includes a treatment plant and four lift stations connected to a centralized SCADA system. The City anticipates a three-year master agreement with selected consultants, with task orders issued as services are needed.
