Description

The City of Chestermere seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide and manage accessible Specialized Transit for eligible residents unable to use conventional transit because of a disability, medical condition, or mobility limitation. Services include registrant onboarding, trip booking and dispatch, accessible vehicle operations, customer service, reporting, fare collection, and program administration. Trips are expected to include local travel within Chestermere and a limited number of medical trips to Calgary under a cost-sharing model between the City and riders. The service period is December 28, 2026, to December 28, 2029; proposals must be submitted by email by November 10, 2026, at 14:00:01.
