The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, on behalf of Georgia State University, seeks highly qualified architectural and engineering firms to plan, design, and administer projects. One or more firms may be selected for a one-year IDIQ contract, with the possibility of a one-year renewal. Services will be provided through GSU’s Department of Design and Construction Services and include estimating, scheduling, and construction administration. Consultants may develop contract documents for Task Order, CM at Risk, Design Bid Build, Letter Bid, or Direct Award delivery methods.
