The City of Kissimmee and its redevelopment agencies are seeking firms for as-needed real estate brokerage services within the city limits. - Government buyers: City of Kissimmee Purchasing Department; Downtown Kissimmee Community Redevelopment Agency (DKCRA); Vine Street Community Redevelopment Agency (VSCRA). - Services requested: General real estate brokerage services for properties within the City of Kissimmee, provided on a continuing, non-exclusive, as-needed basis. - Assignment requirements: Individual assignments will have their own scope; firms may be asked to provide service rates and expected completion and delivery dates. - OEMs, vendors, products, and quantities: No commercial OEMs or vendors, products, part numbers, or quantities are identified.

Description

The City of Kissimmee, Downtown Kissimmee CRA (DKCRA), and Vine Street CRA (VSCRA) are seeking qualified firms to provide general real estate brokerage services for property within the City limits. Services will be provided on a continuing, non-exclusive, as-needed basis, with specific scopes determined by assignment. Selected consultants may be contacted to submit proposals that include service rates, completion dates, and delivery dates. Assignments are at the sole discretion of City of Kissimmee staff.
