Description
This funding opportunity supports maintenance and enhancements to the Internet Crimes Against Children On-Line Child Protection System (ICACCOPS), which provides an IT infrastructure and investigative tools and services for child exploitation and child sexual abuse material investigations. Work includes maintaining and upgrading the system’s website, investigative and forensic tools, and supporting infrastructure, as well as training ICAC Task Forces and other law enforcement users. The system supports a national network of 61 multi-agency, multijurisdictional task forces investigating technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation. The opportunity anticipates one cooperative agreement of up to $900,000, with an expected 12-month award period beginning January 1, 2027.
