The solicitation is for construction of a surfacing structure on Highway No. 16 over a total distance of 18.20 km, from 4.8 km west of the Village of Paynton access to 5.0 km east of the Town of Maidstone main access. Estimated quantities include reclaimed asphalt concrete, asphalt concrete pavement, shoulder asphalt concrete, culvert work, guardrail work, traffic accommodation, and mobilization. The work has three completion phases, with dates of March 31, June 15, and November 30, 2027.
