New Brunswick is seeking recurring printing and document-production services for transportation plans and tender specifications. - Government buyer: Province of New Brunswick, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI), issued through the Central Tendering Branch, Fredericton Regional Centre; work supports the Buildings Division and Highway Division. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, named vendors, or product part numbers are identified. - Requested services: 15 separately priced service items covering plan and specification printing, plan binding and folding, color and 11 × 17-inch printing, coil binding in three size ranges, blueprint/specification wrapping in four sheet-count ranges, and Highway Division plan and periodic 11 × 17-inch printing. - Estimated workload: Buildings Division work includes 50,000–250,000 specification pages and 250,000–650,000 square feet of plans. Highway Division estimates 80,000 printed 11 × 17-inch pages, 20,000 full-size 36 × 24-inch pages, and 30,000–40,000 square feet of plans. These are estimated quantities; actual orders may vary. - Notable requirements: Include pickup and delivery in pricing. Buildings Division work generally requires weekly delivery and a 48-hour rush turnaround. Highway Division requires the first 50 scaled-down copies within 24 hours and the balance within 72 hours; periodic requests may also have a 72-hour turnaround. Providers must meet reproduction, scanning, binding, packaging, and quality-check requirements, identify the equipment they will use, and describe backup plans. - Term: One initial year, with three additional one-year renewal options. The opportunity is not an annual software or product subscription.
