Description
The County of San Mateo seeks quotations for a one-year renewal of ESRI ArcGIS subscriptions and licenses for the term November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027. Bidders must complete the Pricing Bid Table and submit a formal competitive quotation with lead times and applicable freight and delivery costs; exact subscription types and quantities are listed in the Price Bid Sheet. The County will evaluate cost, conformity to specifications, and product availability, and expects to issue a purchase order to the lowest responsive, qualified, responsible, manufacturer- or publisher-authorized bidder.
