Description

The U.S. International Trade Commission determined not to review an administrative law judge’s initial determination granting an unopposed motion to terminate Investigation No. 337-TA-1472 based on settlement. The investigation concerned allegations involving imports and sales of certain DRAM devices, products containing them, and components thereof, alleged to infringe specified U.S. patents. Netlist and Samsung filed a joint motion to terminate the investigation as to all respondents based on settlement, and Google and Super Micro Computer did not oppose the motion. The Commission terminated the investigation.
