NYSE Arca, Inc. proposes to amend its Options Proprietary Market Data Fee Schedule to establish fees for the One-Minute Interval Intra-Day Report and clarify distinctions between that product and its Ten-Minute Interval Intra-Day Report. The One-Minute Report provides snapshots of options trading volume each minute during the trading day and is available to subscribers within five minutes of each interval. The proposal includes a subscription fee of $8,000 per month and a historical-data request fee of $4,000 per request per month. The notice states the proposed fees would apply from October 1, 2026.
