Elmore County DHR is seeking FY27 grounds maintenance at its Alabama property. - Government buyer: Elmore County Department of Human Resources (DHR), Elmore County, Alabama. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, vendors, or brands are named; no branded products are requested. - Services requested: - Grass cutting — up to 20 cuts, including weed-eating near shrubs, debris and clipping removal, trimming and spraying around fences and buildings, edging, clearing paved areas, leaf management, and trash removal. Pine-straw replacement and bed spraying are excluded. - Shrub and hedge trimming — 2 services, one in spring and one in fall, with cuttings removed. - Water-retention areas, ponds, and/or drains — 6 services, once monthly from April through September, whether or not water is retained; pricing must include required service costs. - Notable requirements: Coordinate schedules, cutting height, and shrub-trimming shape and length with the DHR County office point of contact.
