Description

MetroLINK is seeking proposals from qualified firms to operate and administer ADA complementary paratransit services within its defined service area and during established service hours. The contractor will also provide dispatching services for MetroLINK’s directly operated Specialized Transit Services (STS); MetroLINK will provide the STS vehicles, operators, and other operating resources. Paratransit service must be safe, reliable, curb-to-curb, and ADA-compliant, with detailed requirements in the attached scope of work. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Ionwave by October 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT; pricing must remain valid for 180 calendar days after the due date.
