Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce issued final results of its 2023 countervailing duty administrative review concerning certain hot-rolled steel flat products from the Republic of Korea. It determined that Hyundai Steel Company and POSCO received countervailable subsidies during the period January 1 through December 31, 2023. The notice establishes net countervailable subsidy rates of 1.28 percent for Hyundai Steel Company and 3.68 percent for POSCO.
