The U.S. Army is seeking custodial services at two IN075 locations. - Government buyer: U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), 419th Contracting Support Brigade, W6QM MICC Fort McCoy. - Locations: IN075 sites MS:032 and MS:036. - Requested service: Janitorial and custodial services as defined in the PWS. - The contractor must furnish the personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control needed to perform the work. - Set-aside: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). - OEMs and vendors: None are identified. Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, transportation,tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items and non-personal services necessaryto perform janitorial/custodial services as defined in the PWS. The period of performance for thebase year shall be 1 December 2026 (or subsequent date) through 30 November 2027.
