Description
The Network Contracting Office (NCO-10) is seeking vendors to perform the following services, Vocera Communication Support Services, to Cincinnati, Dayton, Chillicothe, and Columbus VA Medical Centers.Â
This is a Sources Sought to seek capable sources and request industry feedback ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Interested parties are asked to answer questions below AND submit capability statement that clearly and convincingly identifies their ability to fulfill the requirements.Â
Detailed capabilities statement and answers to questions below must be submitted by email to Contract Specialist Kevin Cytraus at Kevin.Cytrausa@VA.gov in an electronic format, no later than 1200 EST 12:00 PM EST | October 23, 2026.Â
As part of market research, this Sources Sought is to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. Industry feedback to the information below is requested to ensure the VA has not created a defacto sole source requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.Â
DRAFT SCOPE  Cincinnati, Dayton, Chillicothe, and Columbus VAMCs have a continued need for the utilization of Vocera Premier Support a comprehensive suite of full-service support services. The products, Vocera Enterprise Licenses, and Vocera Premier Support includes all Vocera software upgrades, maintenance, labor, and phone support, to maintain the operation of the Vocera paging system.  We are proposing a Base + 4 (4-year) Ordering Periods contract for this requirement.Â
