Description

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, on behalf of Georgia State University, seeks qualified architectural and engineering firms to plan, design, and administer one or more projects. Selected firms may provide services under an IDIQ contract for a one-year term, with the possibility of a one-year renewal. Services include estimating, scheduling, construction administration, and developing contract documents. Projects may use Task Order, CM at Risk, Design Bid Build, Letter Bid, or Direct Award delivery methods.
