Description

This construction contract covers replacement of the low-temperature (120°F) and high-temperature (190°F) heating piping, as well as cooling piping, in several rooms and across multiple floors at the Paul-G.-Desmarais Pavilion. The work is needed because of recurring leaks in the heating and cooling networks and is to be carried out in phases over a period of a few years. The planned duration is 18 months, without options.
