The City of Huntsville is seeking a contractor to restore its Autumn Road potable-water storage tank. - Government buyer: City of Huntsville, Texas, Purchasing Department. - Project: Restore the 500,000-gallon welded-steel ground storage tank at 3391 Autumn Road. - Work requested: Remove existing coatings; blast-clean interior and exterior surfaces; make structural and weld repairs; apply new protective coating systems; and provide containment, inspection and quality control, waste disposal, disinfection, and site cleanup. - OEM / specified coating manufacturer: Tnemec. Interior coatings must meet NSF/ANSI 61 requirements; specified systems include Tnemec primer and epoxy coatings inside and primer, epoxy, and urethane coatings outside.
