Description
La Cité de Dorval seeks a multidisciplinary firm to assess the main pool at the Surrey Aquatic and Community Centre (CACS), determine whether a temporary solution could keep or return it to service, and prepare documents for work to reopen the facility for summer 2027. The contract also includes comprehensive obsolescence studies of both the CACS and the Dorval Aquatic and Sports Centre (CASD). The selected firm will develop a consolidated asset-maintenance and investment-prioritization plan. The combined mandate is intended to coordinate work and avoid simultaneous closures of the two aquatic centres.
