The RFP seeks full Prime Consultant services to advance the approximately 6,905 sq. ft. Ts’il Kaz Koh Clan House into construction. Services span Schematic Design, Design Development, Tender, Construction and Contract Administration, and As-Built documentation, in alignment with Carrier Sekani Family Services’ capital funding requirements. The mixed-use facility will include residential, communal, and administrative spaces designed to support care in a home-like setting. The recommended site is Site 3 on Burns Lake IR-18, subject to completion of the proposed subdivision; Site 2 is the recommended alternative if that subdivision is delayed or does not proceed.
