The end-product manufacturer must be certified and listed by The Institute of Heraldry. Domestic-origin requirements apply. - Delivery and samples: Deliver to Arizona Industries for the Blind, FOB destination, within 120 days after award. Submit two first-article samples within 30 days after award; the Government expects to evaluate them and notify the contractor within 30 days after receipt. - OEMs and vendors: No flag OEM or supplier is identified. The Institute of Heraldry is named as the required certification/listing body, and Arizona Industries for the Blind is named as the delivery destination.
