Description
The Department of War is conducting market research to identify capable sources for the provision of Fivetran software licenses, maintenance, and/or support.
This notice is issued for market-research purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation, request for quotation, commitment by the Government, or promise to award a contract.
Requirement: The Government anticipates a firm-fixed-price requirement for Fivetran licenses and maintenance (5 Dev Source Oracle DBs running 8 vCPUs, 5 Test Source Oracle DBs running 8 vCPU, and 5 Prod Source Oracle DBs running 8 vCPUs), maintenance/support. The anticipated period of performance is one base year with four option years.
Requested Information: Interested parties should provide the following:
Company name, address, UEI, CAGE code, and point of contact. Business size and socioeconomic status under NAICS 541419. A capability statement addressing the ability to provide the required licenses, maintenance, and support for the base and all option periods. Identification of whether the company is the OEM, an authorized reseller, distributor, or intends to team with an authorized source. Current written evidence of authorization from Fivetran to sell the required products and support to the U.S. Government. Identification of any applicable Government contract vehicle through which the requirement may be fulfilled, including GSA Multiple Award Schedule, NASA SEWP, or other available vehicle.

The Government will use responses to assess available sources and determine the appropriate acquisition strategy.
