Frederick County is seeking an integrated countywide system to monitor environmental hazards and support emergency decision-making. - Government buyer: Frederick County, Maryland — Department of Emergency Preparedness, including the Division of Emergency Management; Office of Procurement & Contracting. Frederick County Emergency Preparedness is seeking a contractor to provide a configurable, scalable countywide multi-hazard monitoring and decision-support system. Base work includes supplying and installing two automated weather stations and one outdoor air-quality monitoring station, along with a secure centralized software platform with five user licenses. The contractor must provide configuration, integration, communications, testing and commissioning, training, and documentation, including integration with the County’s existing Earth Networks Sferic Maps platform. Optional equipment, software modules, licenses, maintenance, and other components are to be priced separately.
