Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation anticipates issuing a mini-Request for Proposals to update the City of Eugene’s Transportation System Plan. The work includes developing an updated multimodal transportation plan and implementing regulations aligned with the Transportation Planning Rules and the City’s existing and planned land uses over a 20-year planning horizon. Project objectives include transportation goals and policies, network and safety solutions, a funding and financing strategy, and documentation supporting adoption of the plan. Only consultants awarded a TLUP-21 Price Agreement under the Transportation System Planning discipline may respond to the upcoming mini-solicitation; this notice is not a request for proposals, and proposals submitted in response to it will be rejected.
