Description

The Town of Chelmsford invites firms to submit Statements of Qualifications for public Construction Manager at Risk services for the Parker Middle School project. This is the first phase of a two-phase procurement under M.G.L. Chapter 149A, using a Guaranteed Maximum Price; qualified firms will be invited to submit proposals in the subsequent RFP phase. SOQs must be submitted to Christine Clancy at 9 Alpha Road, Chelmsford, MA 01824, by October 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM; faxed or emailed submissions will not be considered. The CPMSBC expects the RFP may be available by December 2026.
