Description
SEPTA is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide a Homeland Security Exercise & Evaluation Program for a two-year period, as described in the RFP Scope of Work. Proposals must include separate technical and price proposal packages. The RFP states that proposals are due by 1:00 PM on Monday, November 9, 2026, and that a pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for October 19, 2026; attendance is not mandatory. Addendum No. 1 states the due date remains unchanged and removes language concerning food and beverage services for each exercise conduct.
