Description

Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for a countywide Multi-Hazard Environmental Monitoring and Decision-Support System. Proposals must be submitted electronically via OpenGov by November 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST; late proposals will not be accepted. A mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 15, 2026, and a mandatory site visit for October 19, 2026, at the Public Safety Training Facility in Frederick, Maryland.
