Cité de Dorval seeks a multidisciplinary firm to assess the condition of the main pool and facilities at the Surrey Aquatic and Community Centre (CACS) and the Dorval Aquatic and Sports Centre (CASD). The contractor will determine whether a temporary solution can keep the CACS pool operating or return it to service, and prepare documents needed for work to reopen it for summer 2027. The mandate also includes a consolidated asset-maintenance and investment-prioritization master plan. Diagnosing the CACS main pool and developing the temporary solution are priorities.
