The Corporation of the City of North Battleford is seeking independent consulting support for roof assessment and potential repair or replacement projects at up to three municipal facilities. - Government buyer: Corporation of the City of North Battleford, through the City Clerks Department. - Services requested: Three potential phases, with the City deciding which sites and phases proceed: - Phase 1 — Inspect selected roofs, document conditions, prepare reports and roof plans, and provide solution options and budget estimates accurate to within +/- 10%. Typical investigations include three test-cut openings through each roof section, deck condition checks, photographs, measurements, and sketches. - Phase 2 — Following written City approval, prepare PDF tender-ready drawings and specifications; support tendering, bidder questions and addenda, bid review, contractor vetting, and award recommendations. - Phase 3 — Support approved construction through meetings, information-request reviews, site instructions and change documents, quality-assurance reviews, payment certification, final and deficiency inspections, substantial-performance certification, and close-out documentation. - Scope and quantity: Up to three facilities; the number of sites and projects is not fixed. Additional site visits may be requested and priced separately. - Notable requirements: The consultant must be independent of the City and cannot bid on resulting roofing construction work. Projects over $100,000 require daily site and quality-control reviews. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers, OEMs, or consulting vendors are named. The City is the buyer.
