Description

East Carolina University seeks proposals from qualified firms, agencies, and independent professionals to provide Fractional Chief Marketing Officer services. The selected senior marketing executive will provide leadership, assess marketing operations, develop strategy, oversee hands-on implementation, and maintain performance accountability.
