Description
The County of Union is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide appraisal and other specialized services during the period January 1 through December 31, 2027. Work includes fair market value analyses of County-owned, public entity, and prospective acquisition properties across various property types, as well as subdivision analyses. The selected appraiser must prepare full narrative reports in accordance with Appraisal Institute standards, signed by a State Certified Appraiser with an MAI designation, and may be required to review other appraisals or serve as an expert witness.
