Union County, New Jersey, is seeking a provider to identify funding opportunities and deliver grant-writing and procurement consulting support for the County and its municipalities. - Government buyer: County of Union, New Jersey; Office of the County Counsel. - Services requested: Identify federal, state, foundation, philanthropic, corporate, and low-interest-loan opportunities aligned with County goals; prepare and submit authorized grant and loan applications; coordinate supporting materials and letters of support; attend required meetings; provide progress updates; and help complete procedures needed to release awarded funds. - Municipal support: Provide a grants portal for County municipalities with weekly funding summaries and discounted hourly grant-writing services for portal-listed opportunities. - Coordination: Work with the County Manager’s Office, Economic Development, Human Services, other County departments, department directors, and retained professionals. Description

The County of Union seeks proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide comprehensive grant writing and specialized procurement consulting services. Work includes identifying federal, state, and foundation grant or low-interest-loan opportunities that advance County goals, and providing ongoing information about funding programs. The tentative contract period is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with two possible 12-month extensions at the County’s sole discretion. One or more providers may be selected.
