Description

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation proposes to issue an Owner Requested Limit (ORL) approval to JAG Ketchikan, LLC for operation of the Ketchikan Shipyard. The draft approval limits potential emissions to 39.90 tons per year of oxides of nitrogen and 9.48 tons per year of a single Hazardous Air Pollutant. ADEC has made a preliminary decision to approve the ORL, and the public may submit comments by November 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Alaska time. This notice concerns the draft ORL only.
