Description

The Sunshine Coast Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified flooring contractors to remove and dispose of existing carpet and supply and install new commercial modular carpet tile at its Administration Building. The approximately 18,000-square-foot building has more than 50 offices and meeting rooms and supports approximately 100 staff across five departments. Work will be completed in phases in an occupied office environment and includes furniture moving, floor preparation, carpet installation, final cleaning, and restoration of each work area.
