The project consists of removing existing irrigation equipment, pumps, electrical service adjustments, and concrete, and installing new irrigation systems, pump stations, and electrical upgrades. Sealed bids are due November 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time, and will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond equal to at least 10% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide performance and labor and materials payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount, required insurance, and comply with contractor registration and applicable wage requirements.
