Description
Montgomery County seeks proposals to administer and deliver employment and training services through Ohio Works First (OWF) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T). Services may include employment, education, training, case management, work activities, supportive services, work-based learning, and job retention for participants referred or authorized by the Department of Job and Family Services. Proposers may submit for OWF, SNAP E&T, or both, and each service area is evaluated separately. The initial contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with two one-year options contingent on performance, funding, and approvals.
