Description

The City of Passaic seeks a Risk Management Consultant/Broker for medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance for current and retiree employees. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the City of Passaic Division of Purchasing. The solicitation is conducted through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., and proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders must have a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate at the time of contract award and comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
